Our application is designed to provide a streamlined and efficient process for both clients and providers in the facility maintenance industry.

For Clients: The app simplifies profile creation, work order (WO) setup, and the management of the entire process from start to finish. Clients can add notes to each WO for clear and effective communication with providers and technicians. Additionally, clients receive timely notifications via email and SMS to stay informed throughout the process.

For Providers: The app supports profile creation, service type definition, and WO management. Providers can accept or reject WOs and assign technicians as needed. Both providers and technicians can communicate through notes attached to each WO, ensuring everyone involved is on the same page. Email and SMS notifications keep all parties informed, optimizing the maintenance management process.

Use of Data and Geolocation: To enhance the user experience, we use data and geolocation in a specific and controlled manner. Geolocation enables clients to view the real-time location of providers and technicians on a map, helping them select the nearest provider and track the technician’s arrival. This data usage is confined to app functionality and not used for any other purpose. Our goal is to provide a connected and efficient experience, ensuring all parties are well-informed and can manage their tasks effectively.
